Returns Policy

Once the package is received, we will check the status of the products to authorize the change (this may take up to 24 hours from the moment we receive the product). Once the process is finished, we will proceed to make the change.

The term to request the change of your product begins to run from the date of delivery of the product. Changes and / or returns must be made before 10 days running from the date of receipt of the product, the change by this means corresponds only to what was purchased through the site.

In case you cancel your purchase, or if at the time of the order is rejected (for any reason beyond the responsibility of Correa Mujer) and the product has already been dispatched, you must pay for the shipment. (*) Law 26.361, art. 34 (Rules of Protection and Defense of Consumers)

The cost of shipping and withdrawal, as the case may be, will be assumed by Correa Mujer when the return or exchange occurs because:

- The product does not correspond to the detail of the invoice.

- The product corresponds to the detail of the invoice, but it is not what was requested in the purchase order.

- The delivered product is damaged.

To avoid any type of inconvenience, it is very important that at the moment of receiving your order you check the correct state of the products before signing the delivery note. Your name, signature and ID at the time of delivery will be shown in accordance with the delivery, yours or the person you authorize to receive the product.

In all cases the invoice and / or deliveries must be kept. The products have 30 days for the change.
